Day 1: Marrakech – Erg El Mhazil

Your adventure begins in the morning as we leave from your hotel in Marrakech. The journey southward takes us through breathtaking landscapes, including the Atlas Mountains and the Tizi N’Tichka pass. On our way to Foum Zguid via Tazenakht, we pass through the stunning Iriki National Park, where the desert atmosphere begins to take hold.

Upon arrival at Erg El Mhazil, you’ll be welcomed with traditional Moroccan tea. Relax and enjoy the serenity of the vast desert landscape. As the sun sets over the grand dunes, we gather for a delicious dinner around a cozy campfire, followed by a magical evening under the starlit sky.

Day 2: Erg El Mhazil – Erg Elhaj Ahmed

After a hearty breakfast, we embark on our trek, accompanied by camels carrying our equipment and supplies. The day’s journey takes us through magnificent sandy dunes, offering spectacular desert vistas. The pace is leisurely, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the peaceful surroundings.

By early afternoon, we set up camp at Erg Elhaj Ahmed. Take time to relax, savor the tranquility of the desert, and enjoy another memorable evening under the vast celestial vault.

Day 3: Erg Elhaj Ahmed – Erg El Ghoule

Following breakfast, we continue our trek toward Erg El Ghoule. Along the way, you’ll have the opportunity to observe the unique flora and fauna of the desert. The landscape unveils its raw beauty as we move deeper into the Sahara.

In the evening, we set up camp and gather around the fire for an enchanting night of storytelling, music, and discussions about the nomadic way of life.

Day 4: Erg El Ghoule – Oasis El Grisim

Our journey leads us to the tranquil oasis of El Grisim, where you’ll experience the cool freshness and beauty of this unique desert haven. Discover the importance of oases in the desert and learn about nomadic traditions, such as sand bread making or tea rituals.

Day 5: Oasis El Grisim – Marrakech

In the morning, we travel by 4×4 through the vast plains of the dry Iriki Lake back to Foum Zguid. After a brief stop in Tazenakht for lunch, we continue our journey, arriving in Marrakech by late afternoon.
